Malikuda Harvest Festival; Pacakat, a ceremony of growth
After going through the entire process of the Harvest Festival, you will find that it is filled with the traditional Amis tribe’s education and ethical concepts. Besides showing appreciation to the ancestral spirits for bestowing a good harvest for us in the past year, this is also a time to unite the tribal people in growing together, and learning about the traditional culture and wisdom of the ancestors.
