globalvoicesonline | 全球之聲(Global Voices)由超過三百名遍佈世界各地的部落客與翻譯者組成，協力帶給您關於各部落格圈及公民媒體的最新報導，特別著重那些在國際主流媒體上鮮少被聽見的聲音。全球數百萬人在部落格上寫作，上傳照片，影片，及各類資訊，但除非你知道該去哪裡探尋，要找到值得認同以及可靠的聲音並不容易。 We wish to: 1.Call attention to the most interesting conversations and perspectives emerging from citizens’ media around the world by linking to text, photos, podcasts, video and other forms of grassroots citizens’ media. 2.Facilitate the emergence of new citizens’ voices through training, online tutorials, and publicizing the ways in which open-source and free tools can be used safely by people around the world to express themselves. 3.Advocate for freedom of expression around the world and protect the rights of citizen journalists to report on events and opinions without fear of censorship or persecution. |
