早期農民常會把盛產時賣不完或吃不完的農作物透過加工醃製方式加以保存。所以每家的阿嬤、媽媽都會有不錯的醬菜製作手藝;但隨著時代變遷,工商業發達,傳統的手工醃製醬菜已逐漸消失。對於人類來說隨著時間過去,影像、文字的記憶都會變得模糊,只有味覺,是人類最深刻的記憶,熟悉的味道,他可以喚回一切感動。
傳承老阿嬤傳統手藝,醬菜釀造及配合一年二十四節氣,製作當季醬菜。醬菜包含:純手工 醬油、豆腐乳、豆鼓、米醬、冬瓜醬、醬薑、醋薑、竹筍製品等。

However, along with the change in times and industrial flourishing, traditional, hand-making pickles were disappearing. Over times, memories of images and words will get blurrier and blurrier.
